Duck Crossing is about food. We talk about it, plan it, cook it, serve it, design menus and help you with events that need it. Truthfully, we enjoy the connection that sitting down at the table and enjoying good food and conversation brings to our lives.
Almost all life events involve food. For many of us memories of foods served to us hold a special place in our hearts. When I have a cold I want my Nana's lemon pudding. When a tragedy strikes and you don't know what to say to the person who is trying to cope, the simple gesture of bringing a casserole or a cake, speaks when words fail you. We gather to celebrate and we gather to mourn and often food is an integral part.
We help you with your food needs: fine dining; catering; wine to go with your food, tracking down a recipe or resource; or,helping you adapt a recipe. Food is what we do.
